Abrasa Viva fire
Beside the more than 300-year-old aguaribay, Martín Vallesi and his team light the fire and cook in front of guests. Abrasa Viva invites them to discover Argentine asado from within, gathered around the fire with those who prepare it. Participants follow the process, discover the cuts, learn to work with the embers and share the rhythm of the cooking before sitting down at the table. The experience brings together an olive oil tasting, empanadas, asado, vegetables, dessert and wines selected to accompany each moment.
At the fire pit on the veranda of the historic building, beside the historic aguaribay. Dinner is proposed outdoors; in winter or on very cold days it can be served inside the restaurant.
