Places to rest, gather and discover the everyday life of a working wine and olive estate.
Outdoor pool
Spacious and deep enough to keep the water cool throughout the summer. Around it, a sun terrace with cushioned loungers and parasols invites guests to rest with the vineyard on one side and the estate gardens in view.
Gardens
Designed and planted by the family since 2001, they accompany Verde Oliva's different buildings and outdoor spaces.
Malbec vineyard
The family vineyard was planted in 2005. Its grapes become Vallesi Malbec, a limited-production wine that can be tasted just a few steps from the rows where its story begins.
Historic olive grove
Arauco olive trees planted in 1890 and still part of the estate's production. During harvest, the olives are picked and taken to the press that same day to make Vallesi extra-virgin olive oil.
Restaurante Verde Oliva
A seasonal, à-la-carte restaurant reserved for guests staying at Verde Oliva. Open for dinner only, all year except December 24 and 31.
Honesty Bar & shared kitchen
In the historic estate building, beside the Lounge. The Honesty Bar offers drinks, wines, coffee, infusions, fruit and snacks on a self-service basis around the clock.
Lounge
A space in the historic building to rest, read or share a moment outside the room.
Verandas
Covered verandas surround the historic estate building, offering shade and shelter for enjoying the open air.
Aguaribay & fire pit
The more than 300-year-old aguaribay is one of the great witnesses to the estate's history. At its feet is the fire pit where Abrasa Viva takes place.
Massage room
The former family kitchen is now an intimate room dedicated to olive-therapy massages and treatments using products made from Verde Oliva's oil.
Reception
Open from 08:00 to 22:00 and until 23:00 when dinner is served. A member of our team remains on the estate overnight. The estate's wines, olive oil and cosmetics can be purchased here.
Wi-Fi
Fibre-optic connection with Starlink backup, included in every accommodation and enabled space.
Included services and options available on request, so each guest can shape their stay with ease.
Breakfast
A buffet and à-la-carte breakfast served in the restaurant every day from 08:00 to 10:00. It includes estate-baked sourdough bread, house-made yoghurt, orange juice squeezed that morning and dishes prepared to order. Included in most rates; when it is not included, the published price applies. Guests who need an earlier breakfast can request an early or takeaway option by 18:00 the day before.
Luggage storage
Guests arriving before their room is ready can leave their luggage at reception and enjoy the estate's guest areas while they wait. The service can also be requested after check-out.
Dinner at the restaurant
Seasonal, à-la-carte Mendoza cooking reserved for guests staying at Verde Oliva. The current menu and wine list are available in the Gastronomy section.
Olivotherapy massage
An hour of rest with Verde Oliva Cosmética products made from the estate's olive oil.
Massage with hot or cold stones
A variation on the Olivotherapy massage incorporating hot or cold stones.
Exfoliating facial treatment
A facial treatment using Verde Oliva's cosmetics line.
Laundry
Service available every day.
Ironing
Service available every day.
Extra beds
Available in selected rooms, in limited numbers and with prior confirmation. Verde Oliva's total capacity of up to 35 guests reflects this limit, rather than the sum of each accommodation's maximum occupancy.
