Restaurante Verde Oliva
Gourmet regional Mendoza cuisine, seasonal and à la carte, built around estate and local produce. Guests can drink a Vallesi Malbec looking out over the vineyard it came from, and taste oil made from the grove they walked that day. Led by chef Franco Caretta.

Abrasa Viva
A live-fire Argentine asado experience with its own identity, led by Martín Vallesi. The asadores cook in front of guests around the fogón beside the aguaribay. Empanadas from the clay oven, a full asado with grilled vegetables, and dessert. In Spanish or English.

Breakfast
A buffet-and-à-la-carte breakfast in the restaurant. Eggs and bacon made to order; sourdough bread — white and wholemeal — baked on the estate. Coffee, tea, juice, medialunas, fruit, yoghurt, granola and more. Can be served in the Villa and Cava Experience.

Honesty Bar
A 24-hour self-service bar in the adobe building. Water, wine, beer, soft drinks, juices, coffee, snacks and estate products including Vallesi Malbec. Cocktails and lemonade are prepared 08:00–22:00. Consumption is charged to the room and settled at check-out.
