Abrasa Viva — Argentine Asado
A live-fire asado experience with its own identity, led by Martín Vallesi and his team. The asadores cook in front of guests around the fogón beside the centuries-old aguaribay tree, explaining the cuts, the fire and the timing. Empanadas from the clay oven to begin, a full Argentine asado with grilled vegetables, and dessert. Available in Spanish or English.

Vallesi Malbec Tasting
Taste the estate's own Vallesi Malbec beside the vineyard the grapes come from — a small-scale wine of roughly 2,000 bottles a year, served in the restaurant and sold only here.

Olive Oil Tasting in the Grove
A tasting of the estate's single-varietal Arauco extra-virgin olive oil, pressed from the historic 1890 grove — served with bread, in the grove where the olives grow.

Olive-Therapy Massage
A massage using the estate's own olive-based Olivotherapy cosmetics, in the on-site massage room — the estate's wellness proposition, drawn from the olive.

Olive Harvest
A seasonal experience in the historic grove during harvest — the productive heart of the estate, and the origin of its extra-virgin olive oil.
