Guests aged 8 and over are welcome and pay the adult rate. Infants are not admitted and cots are not available.
Pets are not permitted in the accommodation or elsewhere on the estate.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Only designated outdoor spaces may be used.
Restaurante Verde Oliva is reserved for guests staying at the estate. Requests for outside visitors are assessed in advance and require approval.
Rooms 4 Standard, 6 Superior, Loft and Cava are adapted for guests with reduced mobility. They have wide doors, a bathroom with support bars and a level-access shower. A shower chair can be requested in advance.
Verde Oliva places particular value on tranquillity. Excessive noise, loud music and large unauthorised gatherings are not permitted. Groups of friends are welcome provided these conditions are respected.
Full payment is due 30 days before check-in unless Verde Oliva has previously approved a credit application. When a reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required on confirmation. Invoicing uses the official Banco de la Nación Argentina selling exchange rate on the payment date. Foreign guests are exempt from 21% VAT on accommodation; a photograph of each guest's passport must be sent on confirmation. Bank details are provided through a private channel at that time.
For agency reservations, cancellation 30 or more days before check-in is free of charge. Less than 30 days before check-in, 100% of the total reservation is charged.
When a cancelled reservation is not refundable under the cancellation policy, a credit towards a future stay is granted instead: 100% of the amount paid if the cancellation is made more than 15 days before check-in, and 50% if it is made between 14 and 7 days before. With less than 7 days' notice no credit or refund applies.
A no-show is charged at 100% of the total reservation value.
Late check-out is subject to availability. Until 18:00, a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate applies; after 18:00, the surcharge is 100%.
Any reservation of more than three rooms is considered a group. Group bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit, payable within 30 days of the request; the remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. Verde Oliva has 12 rooms. When a group books nine or more, all 12 rooms must be reserved and the estate is held exclusively for that group. The guest list, room allocation and details of one group contact must be sent at least 30 days before arrival. Group bookings are subject to availability and may require additional conditions according to their characteristics.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions during the stay. The corresponding amount may be charged to the card held as guarantee.
Verde Oliva is closed for accommodation on the nights of December 24 and 31. Check-out must take place before each closure and stays cannot span those dates.
If a force majeure event prevents the service from being provided, Verde Oliva may cancel or modify the reservation. When cancellation occurs for this reason, a full refund of amounts paid or rescheduling at no additional cost will be offered.
