A limited-production Malbec made with grapes from our own vineyard. Around 2,000 bottles a year, served and sold only at Verde Oliva.

Vallesi Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Single-varietal Arauco extra-virgin olive oil, made with olives from the historic trees planted in 1890 and pressed on the day of harvest.

A personal-care line made from the estate's olive oil, found in the rooms, used in olive-therapy massages and available to take home.
