Vallesi Malbec on a crate of just-picked grapes
Vallesi Malbec is made with grapes from the family vineyard planted at Verde Oliva in 2005. Production is around 2,000 bottles a year and benefits from the winemaking advice of Alejandro Sejanovich. It is a wine intimately connected to the estate: it can be tasted beside the vineyard, accompanies dinner in the restaurant and is sold exclusively at Verde Oliva.

The label brings together the artistic legacy of Julia's and Javier's fathers. It features an original musical manuscript of a choral arrangement of “Virgen de la Carrodilla”, a song dedicated to the patroness of the vineyards. It is a tribute to Maestro José Felipe Vallesi, Javier's father, and a way of bringing family history, music and the land of Mendoza together in a single bottle. The back label contains a poem by Simón Moreno, Julia's father, celebrating the union of music and wine.
