Olive Oil Tasting in the Grove

The tasting takes place in the olive grove planted in 1890. There, the estate's single-varietal Arauco extra-virgin olive oil is served with bread. The olives are taken to the press on the same day they are harvested. The result is a green, intense oil with the characteristic bitterness of freshly milled Arauco.
