Olive Harvest

During harvest, the historic olive grove changes rhythm. The experience invites guests to join the work among the trees, learn how olives are picked and understand the journey that continues until they become extra virgin olive oil. It is an invitation to take part in an authentic moment of Verde Oliva's production. Dates and availability follow the trees' natural cycle and the rhythm of the harvest, which usually takes place between April and May.
